Processing & Dispatch Time
All orders are handcrafted with care and may take 10 to 15 business days to process, depending on the complexity and size of the item.
Customers will receive an estimated timeline for dispatch and delivery at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping timelines may vary during festive seasons or due to unforeseen logistical delays, but we will do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are applicable and calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.
In case of large or custom-designed sculptures, additional handling or freight charges may apply. These will be communicated to you before dispatch.
Packaging & Delivery
All items are packed securely in tamper-proof and protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it from the courier. Inform us immediately for assistance.
Once a package is accepted, it will be considered delivered in good condition.
Single Shipping Address
All items in a single order/cart will be shipped to one address only.
If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
Insurance
All shipments are insured against loss or theft from the point of dispatch until delivery. This comes at no additional cost to the customer.
