At Sivagangai Sirpi, we take great pride in creating handcrafted sculptures with precision and care. While every product undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch, we understand that situations may arise where cancellations, returns, or refunds are necessary. Please read the following policy carefully.
Order Cancellation & Refunds (Before Delivery)
- Customers may cancel their order before the product is shipped.
- All eligible cancellations will be subject to a 2% deduction on the total transaction value. This covers banking and transaction processing fees.
- The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout
Refund Timeline
Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 13 to 15 working days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
The credited amount may take an additional 13 to 15 working days to reflect in your bank or card statement, depending on your bank/payment provider’s processing time.
Returns & Exchanges (Post-Delivery)
- The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging, tags, and protective material intact.
Unboxing Video Required
For any return or refund claim due to damage or defect, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show the condition of the product as it is unpacked.
This helps us validate your claim and process your return quickly.
Refund Timeline (Post Return)
- Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours.
- The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 13 to 15 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Custom-made or personalized sculptures.
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.
Products returned without original packaging or tags.
